Xbox and Bethesda will be at Gamescom this year

In recent years the major global video game events seem to have changed dramatically, E3 basically no longer exists, so instead major publishers announce their new products at their own events, Gamescom But they are losing exhibitors one by one. EA, Ubisoft, and Sony have already indicated that they will be skipping this year’s event.

In contrast to them, GIANTS Software, Nintendo and Namco Bandai will certainly be present. They’ve now been joined by Xbox and Bethesda (i.e. basically Microsoft), who have also confirmed that they’re preparing for Cologne this year. Xbox and Bethesda will create a separate platform on the show floor, but they have not yet decided on the location and content of the topic. In Bethesda, it is possible to risk the prominent role of Starfield.

This year’s games are from August 23 to 27. Between, and the traditional opening night show will take place on the evening of August 22nd. It will also be possible to follow this live online.
