H&M has launched an affordable, biodegradable range.
It is estimated that people wear an item of clothing seven or eight times and then simply choose cheaper clothing. In the United States, for example, an amount equal to 70 pants is thrown out the window – from clothes and shoes.
The H&M So I decided to counter this trend by producing affordable baby clothes that are 100% biodegradable, recycled Materials and the use of renewable energy – writes the design.
The newly introduced 12-piece set is made of organic cotton and has no metallic buttons or trim.
The baby clothes are available in pastel neutral colors like sage green, soft yellow, tangerine, and pink, and come with floral, fruity patterns that are also available in any event. Printed with biodegradable ink.
The garment has an adjustable waist to keep it in use.
The set is very durable, so it can be moved, but It can also be composted at home.
Children’s clothing contains no harmful chemicals and is based on fair and equitable business practices. It is no coincidence that H&M received the gold rating Cradle to Cradle Certified.
There is no information yet on when these products will be available in Hungary.
