In two weeks, the Bakó-Sas Fitnesz SE athletes in Kaposvár participated in two competitions, where they were first introduced to a whole new world of exercise in Eperjes, Slovakia, within the confines of fitness. The three largest youth training associations from Hungary were invited to the event called Fitness Challenge and Agility by the Hungarian Federation, including Bakó-Sas Fitnesze SE, which regularly wins the title of best country, and which was represented by four athletes. For the Slovak competition, President of the Hungarian Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, Stephen Hooper He also accompanied the athletes.
“The Fitness Federation wants to include functional training and CrossFit in its competitions to make the sport attractive to as many people as possible,” he said. Bruckner SAS Media, head of Bakó-Sas Fitnesz SE in Kaposvár. – The tasks were not completely unknown to the children, as they were regularly encountered during training and during reinforcements. The little ones had to complete the obstacle course, which they really enjoyed, so I included it in their daily training, and as a result, they perform the exercises that develop their endurance with more enthusiasm.
After the innovative competition in Eperjes, the athletes from Kaposvár took to the stage again in Budapest in the first weekend of December, this time in the Mazotti Cup they managed to increase their medal collection, and thus the federation’s IFBB points. Bakó-Sas Fitnesz SE once again traveled to the capital with a senior team, where 21 of the 24 individual competitors were honored with some kind of medal, while everyone on the team could stand on the podium.
“The field was very crowded, but the opponents did well,” he assessed Bruckner SAS Media. – Based on the results achieved, we are confident that we will succeed in maintaining our position on the podium in the inter-confederation standings.
The Bakó-Sas Fitnesz SE athletes train until mid-December and, after a short break, start to build up with renewed vigor in January and prepare for the challenges of 2023 with new choreographies.
