Donald Trump has been fingerprinted as part of the arrest, though it is not yet clear if he will be photographed. He is then taken to the courtroom where he will be charged. He is not expected to be handcuffed after the arrest of the former Republican president, as he is still under constant police protection, it reported CNN.

Bloomberg reported Monday morning that New York officials will close down main streets in lower Manhattan as we reported Monday morning as a safety measure when former President Donald Trump appears in court on Tuesday to face charges against him.

On Thursday, the court found that there was sufficient evidence to initiate criminal proceedings against him.

Donald Trump, the Republican nominee in next year’s presidential race, has denied any wrongdoing and called the indictment a partisan political attack.

Viktor Orban stood by him

Earlier, Index also reported that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban also assured Donald Trump of his support. The Prime Minister also posted a picture of this on Twitter, writing:
