The interesting thing about the fishing lake is that it is surrounded by small wooden bungalows on the shore, so the visitor can quickly feel like they are in a fairy tale come true. Fringed with coves, the lagoon abounds with natural values, and those who keep a little cool and look at the landscape with open eyes can witness the wonderful wildlife on the shore.

The lake is protected as part of the Danube River and Natura 2000 floodplain area of the Danube-Ipoly National Park, which could be crucial to the future of the diverse ecosystem.
