Fifth place at the international level
Our U12 team finished off the week with an international youth tournament on Sunday.
On the last day of the week, the alarm rang early for Teacher Norbert's students, because it was nine o'clock in the morning, Sigand time, the thirteenth. The ball began its journey in the International Youth Futsal Volleyball Championship. Our team played five matches, winning three and losing two, thus finishing in fifth place.
-After two very easy matches in our group, against the first “stronger” team, the match faltered a little. Unfortunately, we couldn't really show that winning mentality in that game. Realistically, we should have finished numerically ahead, but that is clearly not the main thing. When the children were able to really enjoy the game, they showed outstanding performance. I also have to work on finding the right balance between the fun of the game and the competition Mr. Norbert said.
