Xbox Game Pass: April’s new free-to-play fantasy game has revealed another legendary game like it! [VIDEO]

The new Xbox Game Pass is coming in April 2023, and it’s like Stardew Valley with some charm.

Homestead Arcana is a one-day Xbox Game Pass confirmed to arrive on April 21st. Xbox is currently new [email protected] Holds an event showcasing various indie games being made for Xbox consoles. Some of these games are even coming to Game Pass, like Homestead Arcana.

Homestead Arcana, for the uninitiated, is a farming/lifestyle simulation game similar to Stardew Valley and many other titles. The twist is that in Homestead Arcana, players take on the role of an “Agricultural Witch” who must help a land that has been corrupted by an evil force called Miasma.

Players are free to build and maintain their own farm in the game. They can grow plants using magic spells. When not farming, players can explore Miasma to fight dangerous monsters. Also, get new spells, which, in turn, expand the possibilities of the farm.

Stardew Valley and life sim fans interested in the unique Homestead Arcana premise can check out the game starting April 21st. From then on, it will be available as a Day 1 Xbox Game Pass game. The announcement was made alongside a new trailer that gave fans another look at Homestead Arcana gameplay, as well as what to expect from the game when it launches later this month.

Game Pass subscribers already knew Homestead Arcana was targeting an April 2023 release, but now they can mark the official date on their calendars. Even if someone doesn’t like this game, others will arrive in the second half of April 2023. At least two more games are coming on the service’s first day at the same time as Homestead Arcana. Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly will be released on April 20th, and the metroidvania The Last Case of Benedict Fox will be released on April 27th.

There are also some new Xbox Game Pass additions coming in the near future: Iron Brigade is coming to Xbox Game Pass today, April 6th, while Ghostwire: Tokyo is coming April 12th.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can look forward to NHL 23 on April 13th. Finally, Minecraft Legends will be coming to that service on April 18th as another day one release. If recent releases like Minecraft Legends and Homestead Arcana live up to expectations, April 2023 will be a month to remember for subscribers.
