We don’t have to wait long to see the new action series from Amazon, which is the Russo brothers’ production company, Russo Brothers AgboIt is produced by Amazon Studios. The first teaser from Citadel could make fans of the genre absolutely frantic, and the story has a good basis for immediately putting it on our list for the month of April.
According to the official brief, the castle fell eight years ago. An independent global spy agency tasked with keeping everyone safe has been destroyed by powerful agents from Manticore, a syndicate that manipulates the world from the shadows. With the fall of the fortress, the memories of elite agents Mason Keane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) are erased, while they barely manage to escape.
Since then, they have had to go into hiding and build a new life with their new identity, without knowing their past. Until one night, when Mason tracks down his former Citadel co-worker, Bernard Orlik (Stanley Tucci), who desperately needs his help to stop Manticore from creating a new world order. Mason tracks down his former partner Nadia, and the two spies embark on a mission around the world to stop Manticore.
The Citadel show will be on April 28th on Amazon Prime Video, and the Hungarian dubbed trailer can already be seen in the streaming cassette, i.e. Amazon Video. Along with the first teaser, some new images have also arrived:
