Admittedly, Jyamma Games is based on the Italian Souls culture clone, instead of the three originally planned platforms, so far it looked like it would come to just two, now to three, but not in the planned time yet.
Jyamma Games had planned to release Enotria: The Last Song for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC, but Microsoft's console duo dropped out of their target platforms during development. However, the Xbox Series version is now being prepared again, but it will not be released on August 21, but rather on September 19. In addition to the postponement, it was also announced that the eight-hour playable demo is also coming to PlayStation 5 and PC, debuting on May 22.
Enotria: The Last Song is a soul cloning RPG set in a fantasy world based on Italian folklore and culture. Aiming to take the genre in a new direction with a vibrant, sunny world based on an Italian summer, the gameplay allows you to change the world and enemies in an organized way. Jyamma Games has identified the game as a Souls clone, but unlike other similar titles, it depicts a world based on the Italian summer colors and thus they call their game “Summer-Soul”, i.e. a Summer Souls clone.
The aim is to revive Italy's rich past and culture in a new way that is attractive to a wider audience. What the studio wants to convey from the art direction are colours, vibrancy and the overall feeling of visiting Italy. Enotria: The Last Song aims to capture the heart and soul of the Souls clone fanbase through rewarding exploration, diverse character building and enemy designs, while adding a unique twist. With the help of Ardore, the player always has access to different strategies, so that he can influence the behavior of the enemy, dynamically change the world around him, solve puzzles and take advantage of the elements of Enotria itself.
Enotria: The Last Song will be released on September 19 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). The fifteen-minute video can be viewed courtesy of IGN.
