Ubisoft hasn’t given up its good habit and has leaked the first artwork for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed project, Mirage, which takes place in Baghdad.
The Codex Network The first artwork for the next Assassin’s Creed game, Mirage, appeared on the Ubisoft Store early, according to a named Assassin’s Creed fan site. Although the image has already been removed from Twitter, which, of course, will be uploaded to the Internet, it will remain there:
The image was available in both normal and logo form, so it definitely belongs to Mirage, but it’s important to note that it wasn’t made for the base game, but for one of its DLC packs, which, judging by the description, appears to be an additional mission related to the “Forty Thieves”. We’ve seen examples of this before.
Assassin’s Creed: Mirage is supposed to be officially presented at Ubisoft Forward next week (we’ve written about it in more detail here), but basically we can already treat its existence as an open secret.
You can already know for sure that the material prepared in Baghdad was previously intended for DLC for Valhalla, so in the name of the young man will be the protagonist, and his style is closer to the original Assassin’s Creed: in other words, it is the scale of the smaller project in which stealth plays a role Major. You can read about the latest rumors, which also mentioned an Assassin’s Creed remake, here!
Based on the news, the Mirage may go on sale next spring.
