On May 30, System Shock, the work of Nightdive Studios, will finally arrive, bringing the classic sci-fi FPS game into the modern age built entirely from the ground up. However, the team that deals with the renewal also renewed System Shock 2 in parallel, although in this case we are not getting a complete remake, but a remake based on the code of the original game.
Until now, we couldn’t tell how it would happen, but today that has changed. Nightdive released the first trailer for System Shock 2: Enhanced Edition, first showing the game’s walkthrough in picture-in-picture mode, and then taking a closer look at the initial gameplay.
Along with the release of the first trailer, exciting new news has arrived: System Shock 2: Enhanced Edition will be released not only for PC, but also for Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5.
