The association’s hugely popular Polip course launched last year, with sessions held once a month. However, once the Study Room Program started, which was also full, there was no longer room for the group of specialists. Lower school children need improvement on Saturdays, but at the same time they also lack the field of specialization.
So the leaders of the association decided to organize a craft workshop before Christmas. Moreover, since we had a pastor whose house did not have a wreath. Now children and mothers can learn how to make it, but Christmas angels, Christmas tree decorations, greeting cards were made, and those present also got a taste of cheese making.
The pretty paper and picture frame received from the show came in handy for the work, but the decorative rubber was also used to make key chains and fridge magnets. Due to a lack of space, only twenty dealers were accepted into the program, although many of them wanted to participate.
Meanwhile, the Society has also begun its traditional pre-holiday fundraiser. They expect mostly prepared food, canned food, soup powder, liver cream, pudding powder, table sugar and toiletries from the backers; Two Ajka companies have also joined the group. Donations can be dropped off until December 13 at the audiologist’s shop in Héliosz Üzletház. Gifts will be handed out to families in a ceremony in mid-December – we learned from Gyöngyi Földingné Osváth, president of the association.
