This is good for power consumption, so the GTS is the first Taycan to travel up to 500 kilometers on a single charge, but switching from a conventional car is a bit strange as there is not only an engine brake when picking up gas, but also the car barely decelerates. We fall to infinity.

Its steering is very direct, and the car immediately responds to the slightest movement. It turns out to be an absolute sports car, it behaves. The weight of the car is not felt in the traditional sense, but there is clearly material in it because the body is very solid. It feels like a block of concrete.

We were also able to see this on the racetrack when we circled it in Vallelunga. He surprisingly endured torture, more secure than the Panamera who tried to compare. The Taycan GTS performs well, the value on the speedometer is growing rapidly, but the car is so advanced that our heart rate does not rise. It is also suitable for German highways, it bounces about 150 with sufficient power. What makes acceleration from a standstill exciting is the transmission. With a small break in the dynamics when shifting into second gear and then rushing it back with a kick, it fills the driver with a familiar feeling.

What is really exciting is its structure. Brilliant. This was my first international driving test in the last 20 years, where we were able to drive on a similarly bad surface as the local side roads. But I didn’t mind the lack of the usual soft-mirror roads, the Taycan GTS didn’t pick it up, it easily went through several holes while keeping the Chestnut perfectly stable in a serpentine bend.
