Oppo released the base K10 last month and has now revealed the two high-end phones K10 5G and K10 Pro. Both devices have now appeared in China, with no news of their international availability yet.
The Pro version of the phone is built around a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness is rumored to reach 800 nits, and up to 1,300 nits according to some news, such as when watching HDR content. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
The device is powered by last year’s Snapdragon 888 paired with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The first option has 128 GB and 256 GB of internal storage, while the latter has only 256 GB. Despite the powerful flagship hardware, the camera setup is a bit basic. The main camera is 50 megapixels, which is combined with an 8 megapixel ultra-wide unit and a 2 megapixel macro unit. A 16-megapixel camera is placed on the front panel.
The entire system relies on a 5,000mAh battery that can charge through the company’s 80W SuperVOOC protocol and charge the cell from scratch in just 31 minutes.
