Nobody would have believed that: Vladimir Putin was a taxi driver

The economic problems caused by the collapse of the Soviet Union forced many Russians to search for new ways of making money. Putin recounted in the documentary that he earned a side income by taxi. Riding in taxis was a rarity in Russia at the time, as many also used their work vehicles for commuting, such as ambulances.

It’s embarrassing to talk about this to be honest, but unfortunately that was the case

said the politician.

Putin previously served in the KGB, and in the early 1990s he worked in the office of the mayor of Saint Petersburg Anatoly Chubchak. He claims that Mikhail Gorbachev withdrew from the KGB after the August 1991 coup, which led to the dissolution of the Soviet Union.

It was previously known that Vladimir Putin considered the disintegration of the Soviet Union a tragedy, but now he has gone further: the Kremlin described the disintegration of historical Russia as a disintegration.

This was the disintegration of historical Russia under the name of the Soviet Union

The Russian president said, adding that in the West, further disintegration of Russia is only a matter of time.

Putin’s comments fueled speculation about his intentions with Ukraine, the former Soviet republic. As already mentioned, Russia has amassed more than 90,000 troops on its common border with Ukraine, and Ukraine and its allies fear that Putin is planning an invasion. According to some sources, the attack could happen early next year.
