Navalny has been placed in solitary confinement again, according to his lawyer, he is constantly being poisoned in prison

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny is back in solitary confinement as he must endure ‘hellish conditions’ – Reuters reports.

politician He wrote about it on Twitter, that after being released from solitary confinement on Friday, he was reinstated on Monday and would have to spend another 15 days there. It all comes after his organization released a report over the weekend that the warden of a federal prison had purchased an expensive cabbage and paid the difference.

“That is why the next day, after my fellows announced the investigation of these ridiculous cabbage stories, they put me in the cell, and at once began to endow me with a work cell with a sewing machine, and altered my daily routine, and transformed it from hell to very hell.” Among other things, according to his claim, he is not allowed to buy food for himself with the money he earns in prison.

And Navalny’s lawyer wrote on Twitter that an ambulance had to be called for the man on Friday night, as his condition had deteriorated a lot. During the last 15 days he spent in solitary confinement, he lost eight kilograms – Euronews writes.

According to Vagim Kobzev, Navalny “suffers from an unknown disease that no one treats,” and it is also possible that the man was constantly poisoned in prison.

The lawyer orders a toxicology and radiation test to see if they want to poison the opposition leader again – this time slowly, and less obviously.

In 2015, Navalny was given a three-and-a-half-year suspended sentence in the so-called Yves Rocher case, which we wrote about in more detail here, he had to file a police report twice a week. However, in August 2020, he was poisoned with starters, after which he recovered in Germany. According to the prosecutor’s office, he did not come to the police station on time at that time, but also several times before, so they decided to change the suspended prison sentence to a suspended one. He was imprisoned after returning to Russia after recovering in Berlin. He was originally given two and a half years, but then received an additional nine years for fraud and contempt of court. As Vladimir Putin has previously said, there is no guarantee that Navalny will get out of prison alive.
