From the 20th of April until the 12th of July, they had access to the electronic registration system again.
If you were admitted to the university this year, then starting today, you will again have the opportunity to amend your data, replace documents, change the order, or withdraw the place (s) of application. We show you the most important things to know about it.
When do I need to change my data?
If some of your personal data – such as your name, nationality or residential address – has changed or you previously provided it inaccurately, you must correct it. If necessary, you must also confirm the data modification with official documents, which you must upload to your electronic registration.
What documents can I upload?
During this period, you must upload all the documents that you obtained after submitting your admission application. This may be, for example, a language exam certificate, or if you have applied for a master’s degree, then a higher level diploma. It is very important for state-recognized language exams taken after February 15, 2021, you only need to provide certificate data (language, grade, type, certificate number, registration number, date of issue), you do not need to upload a copy of the certificate where It can be extracted from the central system based on certain data.
When do I have to change my order?
Only if, for some reason, the university or course you wish to apply for has changed so you no longer want to be accepted into the major or university you nominated in the first place when you submitted your application. However, you cannot take up a new major at that time, you only have the option to change the assessment order for the majors selected at the time of application, you cannot take an entirely new course at this time, and you only have the opportunity to change the order once.

Can the request be withdrawn?
If you are absolutely sure that you do not want to be accepted into a particular program – even if there is a chance that you will be accepted based on your results – you should check out this application slot, as you can even give another student a chance to be successfully accepted.
Please note, however, that if you withdraw one of your submission slots, you will not be able to reactivate it later, nor will you be able to locate a new application in place of the canceled one. Therefore, this decision should be carefully considered.
If you have to pay an additional processing fee (because you have selected more places to apply than specified), you cannot recover that amount even by withdrawing your application.
The administration period runs from April 20th to July 12th. After that, you won’t have the chance to make any changes, as the point limits will hit on July 26.
