The actor has previously been charged with sexual harassment against three men on four orders.
US actor Kevin Spacey, accused of four-degree sexual harassment, is due to appear in Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday at 10 a.m. BBC.
The actor is accused of two-way sexual harassment in March 2005 against a man in his forties in London. Other charges also forced a man in his 30s to engage in intrusive sexual activity without his consent, also in London in August 2008, and sexually molesting a man in his 30s in Gloucestershire in 2013.
The British Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced in late May that it had accepted the charges against Kevin Spacey.
Old Vic London Theater reported in November 2017 that it had received 20 reports of “misconduct” from 20 men who came into contact with the actor in or through the theater between 1995 and 2013. According to Roberto Cavazos, who once worked in the theater, where Spacey was artistic director From 2004 to 2015, Kevin Spacey behaved in a way that could be called “harassment” at the time.
The actor had previously been charged with assault and humiliation, which he allegedly committed against a young man in 2016.
