We have already written about it several times that entry-level iPhones will certainly this year also receive one of the biggest innovations of last year’s Pro mobiles, namely Dynamic Island – and the rumors have become reality.
The design has changed somewhat, the edges have become finer, thanks to which, according to Apple, holding the devices has become more comfortable. The display has also improved, now capable of emitting 2,000 nits of white light.
The iPhone 15 will be available in pink, yellow, green, blue and black – so the white color will be omitted this year.
The device also received the 48-megapixel camera that debuted on the iPhone 14 Pro, so the boundaries between the base and Pro models are becoming thinner and thinner.
Apple has also revised the mechanism for taking portraits, thanks to which we can provide our photos with more realistic bokeh effects. Thanks to machine learning, the device now automatically recognizes when you take a photo of a person, dog or cat and automatically blurs the background.
The quality of night photos has improved significantly, and with the new device we will be able to change the focus even after the photo has been taken.
Inside the device, the A16 Bionic chip introduced last year in the iPhone 14 Pro ticks the boxes, so you shouldn’t expect world-changing things in this area – compared to the A15 Bionic chip, however, it’s still a huge improvement.
As we expected, Apple canceled the Lightning connector and replaced it with a USB-C port at the bottom of the iPhone 15.
So now we can charge Mac, iPad and iPhone with the same cable. Moreover, if we connect a USB-C-Lightning cable to our iPhone, we can also charge our AirPods with it. The full list of iPhone 15 news can be found below:
