Nemesnádudvar has shown extraordinary development in the past three years. Eddet Tamassi, a player and coach for the women’s team, said that she believes in working first, which is the reason for the good result.
– I have been working with girls for three years, since then two or three new players have joined the team. I feel the girls are standing on the ground very well in individual skills, since I’ve been here, the level has been constantly going up. I try to get the most out of my players, both in training and in matches. We work a lot during training, and I definitely believe in work, but I was able to force this on the girls as well – said Edit Tamási.
The team won the championship last year, and it is understandable that Edit Tamási will fondly remember the season he left behind.
– After two years we were able to win the championship, which we were very happy with. Before the season the goal was the podium, but as they say, the appetite comes while eating. We managed to win eighteen out of twenty, and I think that shows a solid performance.
In the first week of August, the Nádudvar team began its preparations, confident that it will be able to repeat last year’s result.
– We started preparing on August 1, for the first two weeks we had training every day, the focus was mainly on material things. From week three we’ve moved on to three practice sessions a week, and we also want to play practice matches. I’m in favor of not meeting teams from the tournament, but either NB teams or teams from other provinces – add Tamási’s edit regarding the schedule for the prep period so far.
The club does not want to make major changes in the team, but there will be changes, Anna Matray will join Nimesnadvar in the position of goalkeeper.
After the league title, the team had the opportunity to rise, but the union could not fully meet the conditions.
There has been talk of going up, but the NB II Championship has requirements that we can’t necessarily create in a healthy way. We remain in the first division of the province and try to achieve a similar good result in the league. Our goal is still the podium, although I’m always a tough guy, so I hope it doesn’t seem inappropriate that I want to celebrate next season’s title as well – Tamasi’s adjustment has been added in regards to goals.
