Wellis Magyarország Zrt announced. Ltd., the vortex manufacturer, announced its role in Ózd last year, and since then the expansion-related events have fully accelerated. The factory hall of ABB, which left town last year, is filled with life again, with more than six hundred employees working for Wellis, and the company wants to be as prominent in public life as possible in zd. One sign of this is the creation of Wellis Island in the city’s swimming pool, now available to anyone in addition to a wellness service.

– In addition to our staff, we are also trying to ensure the comfort of zd residents in this place, said Dorottya Varga, Communications Officer at Wellis Magyarország Zrt. – When it turned out that we were going to open a factory in the city, this cooperation with the webmaster began almost immediately. We were constantly popping our heads about how to appear in this place, the pool perfectly fitting our profile. We do not hide the fact that this place also serves as a kind of presentation venue for us. We really want our staff to try out the pools they put together, but of course we also try to show ourselves to the people of the settlement. Our goal is that Ózd residents know what it’s all about when they talk about Wellis.
Shared ideas
It is also important for the municipality that the municipality has large employers who participate in the daily life of Ozd and who can provide a source of livelihood for the local families, and who also provide a vision for the young and old.
“Wellis Magyarország Zrt. is already providing jobs for hundreds of zd people, but it is also gratifying that it is increasingly trying to appear in the daily life of the city,” said Anett Zsuponyó, Deputy Mayor of Özd. “The well-behaved island of Wellis is a prime example of this, showcasing the company’s products, and Ozdir can also experience whirlpools. I am confident that this great idea will be followed up by more and more projects that will benefit both the company and the city.”
