Biden spoke with Zelensky – Ukraine’s president will negotiate with Putin

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had a 30-minute phone conversation with US President Joe Biden. Zelensky wrote on Twitter that anti-Russian sanctions and defensive support for Ukraine are being discussed:
