The popular model campaigns for the acceptance of autism. Barbara Palvin has also joined the work of the Together for Autists Foundation and will be a key supporter of helping people affected by autism spectrum disorder in the future.
Barbara Palvin has demonstrated many times before how important it is to champion noble causes and support the needy and the disadvantaged. The model now joins the work of Together for Autists to talk about autism more broadly in the future, as spectrum disorder affects many more than we think.
Together for Autists Foundation’s slogan is: Understand. To accept. for help. Based on this, I joined the Foundation as a main supporter: I think it is extremely important that we not only talk about autism, but rather try to truly understand, accept when someone suffers from a spectrum disorder, and try to give them real help. Today in Hungary, on average, this affects every 15 families, and many times we don’t think that someone has autism in our immediate environment, we just feel that they are a little different from others. Blue is the color of autism, and in the future I will wear the Blue Heart badge as a symbol of spectrum disorder, encouraging everyone to use this symbol to support children and their families with autism. “ Barbara Palvin has been added.
The badges, also worn by world-famous models, can be purchased by anyone wishing to support the foundation’s work. Badges are available at MOL custom fill stations and in the Together for Autists Foundation web store for HUF 990, but Barbara is also helping the foundation work as part of additional activations. In the joint work of the Together for Autists Foundation and MOL, everyone is encouraged to make blue cupcakes, so the same model bakes a blue candy. Call participants are asked to post their sweets on Instagram and Facebook as well, and use hashtags for #blue cookies # for co-authors. MOL supports enterprise with HUF 500 after each post. And above all, being good is good! During a fundraising campaign, Barbara offers a piece of her own design for auction from her miniature bag collection.
The Together for Autists Foundation aims to provide long-term assistance to children and their families with autism spectrum disorders. As a first step, the first Autism Screening Center in Central Europe was handed over in March 2018 – to help affected families visit various screenings with their children in a comfortable environment. Their current goal is to establish the first Autism Specimen House – Center for Diagnosis and Treatment, where they will be able to plan the individual development and treatment of children with autism spectrum disorders with a team of specialists from the Palheim National Institute of Pediatrics.
