After the developer beta release, the new version of the Opera browser, Opera One, which is trying to stand out from its competitors with its native AI improvements, is now available for public download. According to the developers, the AI ​​named Aria is the first true browser-based AI assistant, which can be invoked via the command line or from the browser’s sidebar.

Aria improves the web search experience with OpenAI’s GPT technology, but in addition to searching, it is also able to generate text and icons. In light of this, Opera One provides direct access to ChatGPT in a separate panel in the browser’s sidebar.

The new browser also introduces “tab islands,” with which open tabs can be organized into groups, saved, or bookmarked. In addition, the program has received a new modular design, which allows easy access to the most important functions for users.
