Aerosmith singer accused of molesting a minor

75-year-old Steven Tyler is once again accused of molesting a minor writes Rolling Stone. This time Jane Bellino is suing for sexual harassment. Tyler allegedly molested her in a phone booth in 1975, when he was 27 and she was 17. The new lawsuit comes nearly a year after Julia Mesley filed a similar lawsuit against Tyler.

Bellino says Tyler molested her twice in one day. The minor, who was then working as a model, met the Aerosmith singer for the first time at the Warwick Hotel. They were walking with a friend and some band members down Sixth Avenue in New York, and as they walked, Bellino asked Tyler a question about a lyric that had frustrated him. He then forced her into a phone booth and kissed and rubbed her. Other gang members were said to be standing outside the phone booth laughing, and passers-by did not intervene.

According to the indictment, Bellino stayed with the gang because he came with his friend and could only go home with him. The group returned to the Warwick Hotel where Tyler allegedly forcefully kissed Bellino again at the hotel bar. He even called her to her hotel room, but she said no, ran out the door, and the porter helped her into a taxi.

The lawsuit states that since the alleged incident, Bellino has suffered and will continue to suffer mental and physical pain, severe and lasting emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, confusion, humiliation, and physical and psychological injuries. Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that the incident resulted in the woman being hospitalized and receiving medication, and nearly five decades later, she still requires medication “to deal with the sexual assault,” as well as “suffering from long-term trauma related to the trauma.” Physical injury.”
