Are you building a new composition? We show three medium towers with ARGB fans from the Aerocool series

In our post, we present three cases (plus of course more) of PCs that might be worthwhile when building a new PC (or even refurbishing an older one). The common denominator between them is the size of the ATX, the presence of pre-installed ARGB / RGB fans, and the use of a glass or acrylic sheet with which we can show the assembled configuration to the outside world. These cans are optimized for performance rather than silence so they have plenty of vents, and because of their design and size, installing larger built-in water coolers isn’t a problem or requires more serious compromise.

Aerocool Scape ARGB [+]

The first member of the trio is scape ARGB, whose unique front panel features addressable RGB lighting that is controlled by its own controller but can also be controlled from the motherboard. This is supplemented by 14 cm air vents located behind the front panel and 12 cm fan lights on the rear panel, which can also be controlled using the said console. At the top of the front panel is a control panel that, in addition to the power button, provides a lighting control button, audio connectors, a USB 2.0 connector and two USB 3.0 connectors.

Compatible with ATX and smaller boards, the 457 x 206 x 413 mm case can be supplied with seven expansion cards as usual. The interior is divided into two separate rooms in the usual way, the lower part of the power supply is placed in the lower part, and the data storage devices are in the front. For the latter, the designers designed a small rack that can hold a 3.5-inch hard drive and another 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drive on top. Two additional 2.5-inch slots are available in the back of the system board tray.

In terms of cooling options, you can count on two 14 or 3 12cm fans behind the front panel, two 12cm aerators at the top and a 12cm agitator at the rear. In the case of water cooling, the 360mm cooler can be placed behind the front panel, but you need to remove the data storage bracket (if you are not using a 3.5″ HDD, this is not a problem), if not, we can solve this problem with a heat exchanger 280 mm heat exchanger and 240 mm heat exchanger under the cover. In addition to the fans included, there are two additional fans in the casing on the board above the power supply – which can be used to help cool the graphics card if needed. In terms of size limitations, the internal space can accommodate up to 317mm of VGA, and the maximum height of the CPU cooler is 157mm.

Aerocool acrylic glider [+]

The next house to be presented is the wild triangular facade glider, which hard glass And the acrylic Also available with side panel. The 425 x 203 x 350mm unit, which is slightly smaller than the Scape, can of course accommodate the same set of ATX motherboard + seven expansion cards, but unlike the current fashion, it has a single internal chamber, and the power supply is at the top, it is It also helps with ventilation.

At the bottom, a 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch storage device can be installed on a frame, or the latter can be supplemented with three other similar modules (two on the back of the motherboard tray and one on the bottom disk). From VGA, this casing can accommodate models up to 325mm in length, and the CPU cooler can be 157mm here too. A total of four propellers can be installed in the glider: three 12cm versions behind the front and one at the back. Comes with two Aerocools Cosmo 12 The fans are already installed behind the front panel, but if they are removed, a 240mm cooler can be installed instead. At the top of the front panel is a row of connectors that provide audio connectors, two USB 2.0 ports, and one USB 3.0 interface.

Aerocool . Quantum Network [+]

Our third choice was Quantum, which “smooth“And the not Also present in the version. There’s a difference between the two up front: the standard version offers a curved acrylic panel, while the mesh is naturally mesh for better ventilation, but sounds are better filtered and the light from the RGB fans behind is softer and more diffused.

Whichever option you choose, you get a 450 x 206 x 360mm casing that can accommodate up to ATX sized motherboards. By default, two data compartments can be placed in the two-chamber interior (they can be 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch), but if you’re using a Mini-ITX motherboard, there’s room for two additional 2.5-inch units. In terms of cooling, there are two 14 or 3 12cm air vents behind the front, which can be supplemented with two 12cm fans on top and one 12cm fan in the back, and like the Scape, two 12cm burn-to-disk that covers the power supply to supply a little extra air to the VGA. If you think about water cooling, then you can count on a 240/280 mm coolant in front – in the latter case, a coolant up to 28 mm thick will fit.

Of course, the Quantum does not lack front panel connectors either, in this case they are on the front of the hood, there are two USB 3.0, one USB 2.0 and two 3.5mm jack connectors. Incidentally, the internal space is a little more limited than the others, at least in the VGA area, which can be a maximum length of 297 mm, while the maximum height of the CPU cooler is set to 158 mm.
