Fans have been waiting that long, at least Stalker 2: The Heart of Chernobyl appearing as the first part at the time. In principle, the GSC developer studio is progressing well with the project, even taking into account the circumstances, as evidenced by the final trailer for the game that arrived the other day.
The Come to Me trailer below can be considered a kind of story trailer, but we can also see the gameplay in it. The visuals speak for themselves, the gameplay builds on familiar elements (humans and mutants fights, loot and the like). However, what clearly carries the entire video on its back is atmosphere.
STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl has no release date, but according to current plans it should be released this year. By the way, development is ongoing for PC and Xbox Series X / S. ■

I understand that Chernobyl here became Chernobyl because that’s how it is in Ukrainian, but… that’s really bullshit. On the one hand, it is as if they were selling Abidas shoes, and on the other hand, everyone is known everywhere as E. The same catastrophe also occurred under Soviet rule, which justifies the preservation of the brand name. I find this name change very cool.
