A new intuitive search mode coming soon Costs In the Android operating system, which is called Circle To Search. Using this function, users can search for the highlighted item by drawing a circle around the information or content on their device's screen.
Although the new product is called “Circle Search”, it will be possible to search for information of interest not only by drawing circles. The new option also supports highlighting text and commenting on specific items. The new search method works anywhere on the device, but you have to long press to activate it house button and, for gesture users, the navigation bar before they can start rotating items.
Google advertises the new feature as being much easier than switching between apps. With its help, we can achieve faster results than, for example, taking a screenshot of some content and then letting Google Lens work on it. Circle To Search builds on Google's AI-powered multi-search feature, a feature built into Google Lens, which debuted in 2022.
The function supports multimedia search queries, so you can use both text and images for your search, while you can change search parameters within the Google application. Using the search circle, users can search for concepts, ideas, or any topic of interest in a more precise way. Google provides short answers directly in the answer box, so you can get the relevant information without having to scroll through the search results for a long time.
Circle to Search will launch worldwide on January 31, but initially it will only be available on the Google Pixel 8 and the new Samsung Galaxy S24. Of course, don't worry, the special search method will appear on several premium Android smartphones this year as well – that's a promise.
